Returns
We realise it’s hard to judge a rug on a screen and we stand by our love for each piece. If the rug arrives and isn’t what you expected, notify us within 24 hours via email with your return request. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to send the item back to us, where all return details will be issued to you via email.
For the integrity and safety of these rugs, many of which are over 100 years old, we aren’t able to allow customers to “try out” rugs for longer than 24 hours, hence the requirements stated above.
Buyer pays return shipping and once the rug is returned and inspected we will issue a refund minus £50 restocking fee.
